This product did not work as expected at all. It has a pump on it and pushes the penis out of it instead of sucking like it says it will. It's big and cumbersome as well and not worth the money.

I have used several devices like this and found this to be the best yet! It worked as I expected. To me worth the price. TO avoid the ^pushes the penis Squeeze the bulb before inserting your penis. Use a water based lube inside the sleeve and a little on the head of your penis. With the bulb squeezed, put the head of your penis into the opening. Release the bulb slowly and it will suck your penis inside. With this device, the valve on the bulb allows you to work the vacuum for best effect. Give it another try and experiment with it. As I said, it was a very good device for me to use.
